Notes from the Road: UK retail is brilliant
Friday, June 1st, 2007I’ve been in the UK for the past week and what I have noticed most recently is that there are so many new and innovative retail concepts here. The US looks stodgy by comparison:
- Tesco kills Walmart in every way.
- Boots’ approach to health is much smarter than any US pharmacy retailer.
- Ladbrokes makes OTB look like a crackhouse.
